The Manager oversees hiring, training, and supervision, and develops Rehabilitation Services Programs to meet community needs, while managing fiscal and personnel resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of physical therapy with a BS or BA degree and licensed as a PT.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy, or equivalent credentialing.
• BS/BA in Speech Therapy or related licensure as applicable.
• MS in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Five years of clinical practice with supervisory experience and proper state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Rehab staff with hospital patients, departments, programs and physicians ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
• Hire, train, and supervise Rehabilitation staff and develop programs to meet community needs.
• Manage fiscal and personnel resources for Rehabilitation Services.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal and professional standards.
