The position emphasizes staffing, budgeting support, and performance improvements, with licensure in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or Athletic Training

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of rehabilitation services, ensuring compliance with standards; provides direct patient care and supervision as needed
• Assists leadership in developing operating and capital budgets; focuses on productivity and cost control
• Supports recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and retention of staff; maintains staffing levels
• Implements quality improvement programs and ensures equipment safety and function
• Develops strategies for task management and intervention, and supports research resources
• Drives continuous operational improvements while maintaining clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
