• Supports recruitment, hiring, orientation, training, and retention of staff; maintains optimal staffing levels.
• Implements quality improvement programs; maintains equipment functionality and safety processes.
• Develops strategies for task management and intervention implementation; facilitates research and resource identification.
• Drives continuous operational efficiency while emphasizing clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
