Job summary
Garden City Hospital in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Rehabilitation department. You will provide safe patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patients in achieving maximum function and independence.
Requirements include an active State RN License, BLS and ACLS certifications, and at least one year of acute care or rehab nursing experience.
Qualifications
- Active State RN license required.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in acute care or rehab nursing preferred.
- CRRN preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- Behavioral Violence Prevention certification within 6 months is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in the Rehabilitation Department.
- Educate patients and families and support therapy goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal function and independence.
