Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PT, OT, SLP or RN program is required.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient rehabilitation program operations including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing training and support.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Represent the rehabilitation program in internal and external meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
