Job summary

Tri-State Physical Therapy in Fox Chapel is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. This full-time role (40 hours, Monday–Friday) supports therapists, sets up treatment areas, escorts patients, handles administrative tasks, and educates patients on home exercises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• On-the-job training provided; degree in athletic training or exercise science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in daily patient care.
• Set up and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions.
• Escort patients to and from treatment areas.
• Perform administrative tasks to support clinic operations.
• Educate patients and/or family members on exercises.
• Manage clinic inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in daily patient care
• Set up and prepare treatment areas for therapy sessions
• Escort patients to and from treatment areas
• Perform some administrative tasks to support clinic operations
• Train and educate patients and/or family members in appropriate exercises
• Manage inventory to assure the needs of the clinic are met

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for helping others and an interest in the healthcare fieldWill provide on-the-job training for the right candidate; Outpatient rehab experience and/or a Degree in Athletic Training or Exercise Science preferred
