Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our team in full-time, part-time, or PRN capacities. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about restoring mobility and independence in a patient-centered environment.

You will evaluate patients, plan individualized treatments, collaborate with physicians and nursing staff, supervise PTAs, and contribute to discharge planning.

Competenze

• Current, valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and hands-on patient care.
• Excellent interpersonal skills within a multidisciplinary team.
• Patient-first mindset with a true passion for enhancing quality of life.

Mansioni

• Patient Evaluation & Treatment Planning: assess patients and develop goal-driven plans.
• Direct Patient Care: provide PT to improve mobility, balance, strength and endurance.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: work with nursing staff, physicians, and rehab professionals.
