Job summary

Exalt Health, LLC is seeking a Marketing Liaison to serve as the primary contact between the inpatient rehabilitation hospital and referral sources. This role educates the community about rehabilitation services, identifies suitable patients for transfer, and facilitates smooth admissions.

You will travel within a designated territory, build strong professional relationships, and coordinate admissions with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and required insurance.
Willingness to travel within a geographic territory for referrals and outreach.
Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with case managers, physicians, therapists, social workers and other healthcare professionals.
Promote awareness of rehabilitation services through visits and community outreach.
Conduct pre-admission assessments at referral sources to determine suitability for inpatient rehab.
Coordinate transfer process, verify insurance, and facilitate timely admissions.
Track referral sources, admissions and other metrics; report to the Director of Business Development.
