Job Summary: The Rehabilitation Manager is responsible for the creative and effective administration of Therapy services (Physical, Occupational, and Speech) across the Erickson continuum of care, supporting residents' journey within our award-winning campus.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Responding courteously to residents, families, staff, and visitors
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal resident function
• Ensuring departmental compliance with clinical, fiscal, operational, and customer service goals
• Analyzing and reporting on metrics such as staffing, budgets, and clinical benchmarks
• Creating staffing schedules for efficient care delivery
• Developing marketing and outreach programs for rehabilitation services

Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults in therapy services
