Job summary

High Shoals Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Rehabilitation Director/Therapist Assistant to oversee daily operations of the facility's rehabilitation department and provide direct patient care in a mission-driven, non-profit setting.

You will manage scheduling per patient Plan Of Care, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, support staff development, ensure quality outcomes, and promote outstanding patient care while representing the organization's core values.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy/ Occupational Therapy.
• Current, unrestricted Georgia license as PTA/OTA.
• Two years of SNF rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily rehab department operations.
• Provide direct patient care as needed.
• Schedule patient care per Plan Of Care.
• Collaborate with rehab coordinator to staff appropriately.
• Maintain high-quality, patient-centered care.
