United Methodist Communities is seeking a Rehabilitation CNA at The Shores in Ocean City, NJ. This part-time role runs from 10am to 6pm with no night shifts, helping residents regain strength and independence through restorative care.

Qualifikationen

• Active New Jersey CNA certification in good standing on the NJ Nurse Aide Registry.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more as a CNA in long-term care or rehab preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead residents through ROM, walking, and positioning exercises.
• Assist with daily care such as dressing and bathing, encouraging independence.
• Assist with transfers, meals, and adaptive equipment.
• Track and record each resident's progress.
• Notice and report changes in a resident's condition.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team toward resident goals.
