Travel is required to serve clients in the community across Tarrant County.

The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement, coordination with recovery teams, and adherence to MHMR policies and documentation standards while supporting clients toward recovery

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Health or Human Services or related field.
• Eligibility to obtain QMHP-CS certification.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Provide assessment, recovery planning, and ongoing treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Spend significant time face-to-face with clients in clinic or community settings; travel within Tarrant County as required.
• Maintain documentation, service logs, and ensure timely billing and compliance with MHMR policies.
