Qualifications

• Must hold an active license if required by discipline.
• CCM® or ACM™ certification must be obtained within two years in position.
• 2 years of rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient experience and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and resources.
