MedStar Health in Maryland is seeking a Rehabilitation Technician to support both patients and therapists. The role combines clerical tasks with hands-on patient care, including setting up rooms, greeting patients, and assisting with therapy activities.

You will help with scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance, under close supervision, ensuring safety and quality care in the rehabilitation department.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-year certificate from college or technical school preferred.
• 6 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• CPR certification required within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients professionally and assist therapists and the rehabilitation team.
• Prepare treatment rooms and areas for evaluations and treatment.
• Assist with patient treatment under therapist supervision.
• Stock linen cabinets and maintain supply levels.
• Clean and calibrate equipment and keep areas neat and orderly.
• Handle administrative tasks and scheduling for next day.
• Participate in meetings as requested by supervisor.
