Job summary

Englewood Health is seeking a Rehabilitation Associate to support physical, occupational, speech, and cardiac rehab staff. You will perform tasks to support patient care under direct supervision, assist therapists, and help with department upkeep for both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Position is full-time with an 8-hour shift and hours described as variable. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and ability to read, write, and speak English, plus BLS certification and light patient

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and speak English.
• Demonstrates proper body mechanics.
• BLS certification from an agency per AHA standards.
• Assists therapists and medical staff with treatments/therapies.

Responsibilities

• Supports physical, occupational, speech therapy and cardiac rehab staff.
• Performs tasks to support patient care under supervision.
• Maintains department upkeep and clerical duties.
• Transports and positions patients as needed for therapy.
• Works with inpatient and outpatient populations.
