Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current CPR certification from an AHA-approved course provider.
  • Minimum three years’ experience as a rehabilitation aide preferred or required depending on role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed therapists, assistants, and students in treatment to maximize patient functional ability.
  • Transfers and transports patients safely and timely.
  • Communicate with therapists, assistants, students, customers, volunteers, and other aides to maintain workflow.
  • Maintain linen, disinfect and sterilize equipment, and track reusable supplies.
  • Keep the working environment clean and organized; restock supplies as needed.
  • Perform related duties and departmental copying as required.
