Job summary

UHC United Hospital Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Services helper to assist licensed clinicians in physical, occupational and speech therapy. You will support treatment routines, help manage equipment, and handle daily patient transport with safety emphasis.

Responsibilities include supply management, charge reconciliation, and maintaining productivity reports for the Rehabilitation Services department.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
• Two months hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed clinicians in patient treatment according to routines.
• Clean and manage rehabilitation equipment.
• Handle patient charge reconciliation including entry and corrections.
• Transport patients with attention to safety.
• Manage supplies and inventory for rehabilitation services.
• Maintain monthly statistics on volumes, revenue, and expenses.
• Report daily productivity to Director and Team Leaders.
• Perform additional supportive tasks as needed.
