Gary and Mary West PACE in California is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support the Rehabilitation team under Physical and Occupational Therapy.

This full-time role involves scheduling, transporting participants, assisting with therapy, documenting progress, and coordinating with staff. Requirements include a high school diploma, CPR/BLS, and at least one year of experience with frail or elderly populations; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, transporting, and transferring participants for Physical and Occupational Therapy.
