Athletico Physical Therapy seeks a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help maintain clinic duties under state regulations.

This full-time role emphasizes teamwork and compassionate patient care. Responsibilities include assisting therapists during treatments, prepping patients, managing routine procedures, and supporting scheduling and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Patient satisfaction through quality care and service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and assists patients with exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments like hot/cold packs and modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment; maintains linens and restrooms.
• Assists with phones, scheduling, filing, and charting.
• Monitors and orders clinic supplies as needed.
