Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will welcome patients, support PD sessions, and perform administrative duties in compliance with state regulations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient care, and attention to detail, with duties spanning clinical support and office tasks in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Work experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and assists patients with exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets; restocks supplies.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
