Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a Gilbert, AZ clinic. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, accuracy in documentation, and teamwork within a clinical setting. Evening or weekend shifts may be required based on clinic needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain professionalism in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises under professional supervision.
• Assists with routine treatments and modalities such as hot/cold packs, ultrasound, and electrical stimulation.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment; maintains linen and restroom areas.
• Washes linens, folds and restocks supplies; ensures inventory readiness.
• Supports patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling and filing tasks.
• Helps track non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
