Job summary

Providence Alaska Medical Center is seeking a part-time, 0.25 FTE role in Anchorage, AK. The position supports a multi-disciplinary team to prepare patients and equipment, transport patients, and help maintain a orderly work environment for treatment delivery.

Qualifications

• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association required.
• 1 year experience or volunteer work in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
• CNA certification in Alaska for SNF preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist a multi-disciplinary staff to provide patient care.
• Prepare patients and equipment for treatment and transportation.
• Transport patients as needed and maintain an orderly department and supplies.
• Under supervision, assist in treatment and care of patients.

Position is Part Time, 0.25 FTE, Day Shift, 10 hours per week. Located onsite at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK!

Assists a multi-disciplinary staff of professionals and para-professionals to provide quality patient care. Assists the manager in the cost-effective maintenance of the department and its supplies. Responsible for preparing patients and equipment for treatment, transportation of patients, and tasks related to maintaining a orderly working environment. Under the supervision of the appropriate professional, assists in the treatment of the patient.
