Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• BLS certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup of patient treatment under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist.
• Cleans all equipment, mats and other items involved in patient care after each patient use according to approved infection control guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and reorder in a timely manner.
• Restock treatment rooms/supply closet in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling patients and answering phones when appropriate.
• Communicates patient needs effectively and establishes a professional relationship with healthcare team.
• Follow established guidelines as stated in hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
