FOX VALLEY ORTHOPEDICS in Barrington, IL is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support physical and occupational therapists by maintaining a clean, safe treatment environment and assisting with patient care under therapist supervision.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and BLS certification within 60 days. Expect a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday with no weekends, and pay between $17 and $20 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set up of patient treatment under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist.

• Monitor inventory and reorder supplies.
• Restock treatment rooms/supply closet in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling patients and answering phones when appropriate.
• Communicate patient needs effectively and maintain professional relationships with the healthcare team.
• Follow safety policies, OSHA and Joint Commission guidelines.
• Participate in department meetings and educational programs.
