St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham, MA is hiring a Rehab Unit Nurse (RN or LPN) for our Rehab Unit. This full-time, on-site position offers competitive hourly pay from $33.68 to $55.87, plus a $3 shift differential.

We value compassionate care, teamwork, and dedication to long-term and short-term residents. Requirements include MA RN or LPN license, minimum 1 year long-term care experience, BLS certification, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays; PCC experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to staff, family and resident needs courteously and professionally.

• Supervise and evaluate direct resident care and initiate corrective action.
• Manage shift-change reports with adequate follow-up information.
• Conduct resident rounds daily and report problems to nursing supervisor.
