The role focuses on direct bedside care under RN supervision, supporting physical, occupational, and speech therapy goals, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Qualified candidates will have CPR certification, CNA experience or equivalent, and a High School Diploma.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required.
• One year hospital-based patient care experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred or required depending on state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside care under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as assigned.
• Support rehabilitation goals and ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
