Job summary

Encompass Health in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Rehabilitation Therapy Technician I to support therapists, set up equipment, and help deliver patient-centered rehabilitation. You will work closely with therapists and nurses, ensuring safety, assisting with treatment activities, and communicating patient responses to the care team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Has completed Rehab Tech I training or equivalent.
• Experience supporting therapists is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with daily patient care and therapy activities.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the patient area.
• Collaborate with nurses and the healthcare team to support patient-centered care.
• Prepare and transport patients according to schedules.
• Document notes and communicate observations to therapists.
