Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Has completed elements required for clinical ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training.
• CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise).

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and prepare patients for therapy sessions.
• Maintain a safe working environment and assist therapists and nurses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care.
• Communicate patient progress and observations to therapists.
