Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapist/Physician Assistant with patient care as needed.
• Schedule patients in EPIC and help manage appointments.
• Check patients in for initial and follow-up sessions, outpatient only.
• Communicate with physicians, send notes, faxes, and maintain records.
• Keep department gyms and supplies organized, including linens and equipment.
• Restorative care as planned by PT/PTA; support inpatient programs.
• Greet and direct patients, visitors, and staff; handle calls and messages.
• Follow Mercy safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
