Job summary

Regency Health & Rehab in Huntsville, AL seeks a Rehab Tech (Full Time) to assist in therapy delivery under the direct on-site supervision of treating therapists. The role includes performing administrative and environmental duties as assigned by the Rehab Director.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and the ability to work cooperatively with residents, families and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education/experience.
• Regular attendance as required.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Able to relate positively to residents, families, and staff and cooperate with others.
• Nursing Assistant certification or prior experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of therapy services under direct on-site supervision of the treating therapist(s).
• Perform administrative and environmental duties as assigned by the Rehab Director.
