Qualifications

• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospital environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily therapy department processes and operations.
• Assists patients with daily personal activities including dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting and mobility as delegated by rehabilitation therapists.
• Prepares and transports patients according to the patient schedule.
• Assists therapists with daily care and patient therapy as delegated.
• Communicates to rehab therapists on outcomes/observations of patient care activities.
