Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare administration or health related field.
• Valid state issued driver's license required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated written and verbal skills and customer service skills required.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in miscellaneous operational back-up and secretarial tasks including filing and phoning patients.
• Track and report daily inpatient census.
• Maintain hospital and departmental policies, confidentiality and safety.
• Assist inpatient and outpatient therapy staff in patient care as needed.
• Ensure OSHA guidelines adherence and maintain inventory.
