Job summary

Concord Hospital Health System in New Hampshire is seeking a Rehabilitation Services Aide Inpatient to support therapists, assist with basic patient care, and help with daily operations in the rehab department.

The Saturday and Sunday shift from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm enables hands-on teamwork, equipment maintenance, and participation in hospital initiatives. A high school diploma and BLS are required or expected within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification or equivalent within 30 days of hire.
• LNA licensure preferred.
• Prefer at least one month of direct patient care experience.
• Ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary staff and patients.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists therapist with patient care.
• Manages workload to meet patient care needs.
• Participates in hospital initiatives and projects.
• Maintains rehab areas and equipment.
• Inventories and tracks supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
