Job summary

Medford Multicare Center is seeking a Rehab Aide to support the daily operations of the rehabilitation department and assist residents in therapy programs. You will help prepare treatment areas, transport residents, and keep equipment organized, ensuring a welcoming environment.

You will also assist therapists with non-clinical tasks, manage supplies, and support scheduling and filing. This role offers a stable full-time schedule with opportunities to grow within a rehab and skilled nursing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Interest in healthcare, rehabilitation, or patient services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare therapy treatment areas and equipment for daily resident care.
• Transport residents safely to and from therapy sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the rehabilitation department.
• Assist therapists with non-clinical support tasks and department workflow.
• Organize, stock, and monitor therapy supplies and equipment.
• Assist with scheduling, filing, and other administrative responsibilities as needed.
• Help create a positive experience for residents participating in therapy programs.
