Job summary

Aegis Therapies is looking for a full-time Rehab Program Manager at Heartwood Care Center in Crosby, MN. In this lead position, you'll treat patients while taking on administrative responsibilities such as scheduling and liaising with the Director of Rehab.

Rehab Program Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Setting: Nursing Home, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Heartwood Care Center - Crosby, MN

Pay: State range $24 to $53 depending on discipline and experience

Responsibilities

• As a lead in the building, you’ll treat patients while getting some experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Director of Rehab.
