Act as a liaison between the Rehab Therapy department and Chief Nursing Officer.
Promote professional development and competency of rehab staff.
Assist with daily operations.

Responsibilities

Direct rehab services operations, including staff interviews, orientation, performance appraisals, employee development and supervision.
Schedule rehab therapy staff.
Ensure that rehab services provided are appropriate to the scope and level of care for the patients served.
Foster interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure quality and efficient service delivery.
Serve as a liaison between the Rehab Therapy department and the Chief Nursing Officer to further clinically develop staff, service and/or rehab program.
Actively promote professional development, education and competency of rehab staff.
Demonstrate awareness of the department’s needs and assist with daily operations.

Qualifications
