Job summary

Saint Luke’s South Hospital is seeking a Rehab Tech to join our Team in Overland Park, KS. This full-time role assists with preparing patients for treatment under the supervision of Therapists and other clinicians, performing routine tasks, and aiding in patient treatment activities as directed.

Responsibilities include lifting and transferring patients, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Applicable Experience: Less than 1 year.
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing patients for treatment under supervision of Therapists or Assistants and other clinic staff.
• Performs routine tasks and assists therapists during patient treatment activities as directed.
• Participates in lifting, transferring and ambulation of patients and/or equipment.
• Assists with ADLs including dressing and grooming as assigned by clinical staff.
• Involves in mentoring/training of new technician staff and performs other duties as requested by the manager.
