Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Rehab Technician III for the Rover Pool on the 1st shift (24 hours). This part-time, on-site role supports individuals recovering from brain and spinal injuries by assisting with daily living, mobility, and therapeutic goals to help clients regain independence and improve quality of life.

You’ll work with a dedicated Rehab team, mentor newer staff, ensure a safe, structured environment, and document progress.

Qualifications

• CNA certification or an associate's degree from an accredited institution (preferred) or HS diploma/GED with two years’ experience, or one year as HNNR Rehab. Tech with completed Core/Advanced Medical Rehab Tech Skills requirements.
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background checks and fingerprints
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification

As a Rehabilitation Technician III, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and spinal cord injuries (SCI) as they rebuild their strength, independence and quality of life after hospitalization. Through hands-on assistance with daily living activities, hygiene care, community involvement, and therapeutic goals, you'll help clients achieve meaningful milestones while building trusted, supportive relationships. What You Bring

Required:
