St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham, MA is seeking a Rehab Technician - CNA to support the Rehab team and manage case updates with Managed Care. The role includes preparing documentation, coordinating supplies, and assisting therapy activities for residents.

The ideal candidate is a CNA or enrolled in a therapy program, with strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate care in a faith-based nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA, or currently enrolled in a therapy program (PTA or COTA).
• Concise oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists Rehab Director w/ Case Management for Managed Care updates.
• Prepares documentation, copying and faxing.
• Orders necessary supplies according to inventory control.
• Assists in ordering DME supplies for patients discharging.
• Assists the therapy team with treatment activities.
• Transports patients to/from rehabilitation department and other locations.
• Prepares residents for therapy.
• Helps modify rehab equipment for best fit to resident.
• Completes regular facility equipment inspections, cleaning and maintenance.

We are seeking to fill the position of Rehab Technician - Aide - Clerk or CNA.

• Great job for a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA
• $18 to $24 based on certification, skills and experience.

Rehab Technician - Aide - Clerk or CNA Qualifications:

• Certified Nurses Assistant - CNA, or currently enrolled in a therapy program (i.e.PTA school or COTA school).
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Concise oral and written communication skills.

Rehab Technician - Aide - Clerk or CNA Job Summary:
