St. Patrick's Manor in Framingham, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time or per diem roles across day, evening and night shifts. Competitive hourly pay with weekend bonuses, excellent benefits, and a supportive, faith-based nonprofit environment.

The RN will provide resident-centered care, follow facility policies, supervise direct care, and participate in rounds. Licensure in Massachusetts and BLS certification are required; LTC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• MA RN license is required.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• PCC experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to staff, families and residents in a courteous, caring manner.
• Follow nursing standards and facility policies.
• Interpret policies to staff, residents, families and physicians.
• Supervise and evaluate direct resident care and initiate corrective action.
• Manage shift reports and document follow-up actions.
• Conduct daily resident rounds and report problems to nursing supervisor.

• $42.82 to $55.87 per hour based on experience and shift differential.
• Full, Part-Time and Perdiem: Day, Evening and Night Shifts Available.
• $150 Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Pickup Shift Bonus.

Registered Nurse - RN Qualifications:

• MA RN - Registered Nurse License.

Registered Nurse - RN Job Summary:

• Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner.
• Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.
• Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians.
• Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
• Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action.
