Job summary

HealthPro Heritage is seeking a Full-time Rehab Tech to support the rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility in Amsterdam, NY. The role involves safely transporting residents to and from therapy sessions and assisting with clerical duties to keep the department organized.

The position offers an hourly wage of $18.00 and runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm, totaling 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Overview

HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-time (30 hours -M-F 9am-2:30pm) Rehab Tech for our SNF in Amsterdam, NY.

Wage: $18.00 hourly

Provides support to the rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting by safely transporting residents to and from therapy sessions and assisting with clerical and administrative duties. Helps maintain an organized therapy department while supporting efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident, as instructed.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment, as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures and participate in facility quality improvement and safety programs.
