Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Columbus, GA is seeking a part-time Rehab Technician to join our compassionate, mission-driven rehab team at Spring Harbor at Green Island. This role focuses on helping residents maintain mobility, function, and independence in a long-term care setting.

You will work a daytime, flexible schedule with a collaborative rehab team, handle resident transport and preparation, assist therapists, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
• Some experience preferred in caring for residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow directions of licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations, as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs for each resident, as instructed.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions, as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and safety programs.
• Support Compassionate Care; project a professional image.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
