HealthPro Heritage in Amsterdam, NY is seeking a Rehab Tech for a Full-time role (30 hours, Mon-Fri 9am-2:30pm) to support the rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting.

The role involves safely transporting residents to therapy, assisting with treatment prep, and aiding therapists, while maintaining records and assisting with daily operations. The position emphasizes compassionate care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Some experience preferred in the care and treatment of residents in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow the directions of licensed professionals.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to and from therapy sessions.
• Assist residents in preparation for treatment.
• Assist therapists with resident evaluations as instructed.
• Assist licensed therapists with treatment programs designed for each resident.
• Maintain departmental records as directed.
• Maintain inventories and order equipment as required.
• Attend meetings and in-service sessions as directed.
• Adhere to facility policies and participate in quality improvement and safety programs.
• Support the Company’s commitment to Compassionate Care and project a professional image.
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Overview

HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-time (30 hours -M-F 9am-2:30pm) Rehab Tech for our SNF in Amsterdam, NY.

Wage: $18.00 hourly

Provides support to the rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting by safely transporting residents to and from therapy sessions and assisting with clerical and administrative duties. Helps maintain an organized therapy department while supporting efficient daily operations.
