Job summary

Carlton Shores Health and Rehab Center in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a motivated Rehab Tech to assist licensed therapists and support patient progress in a sub-acute care setting. You will help maintain therapy areas, ensure equipment is ready, and provide compassionate care.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, CNA license, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• CNA license required or pending.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in healthcare or rehab setting preferred.
• Must be able to lift and assist patients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists in implementing treatment plans under direct supervision.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment.
• Escort and assist patients with mobility and positioning as needed.
• Monitor and report patient responses to therapy.
• Perform clerical duties including scheduling, documentation support, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in therapy areas.
• Provide encouragement and emotional support to patients during rehabilitation.
