Job summary

Hope Network in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Rehab Tech to support individuals recovering from injuries by assisting with daily living and therapeutic goals. This on-site, full-time role offers hands-on care and meaningful patient interactions.

You will help with ADLs, accompany residents on activities, and contribute to a safe, structured environment while building trust, communication, and a person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Background checks and fingerprinting required.
• CPR/First Aid certification to be obtained.

As a Rehabilitation Technician I, you'll support individuals recovering from traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries as they rebuild strength, independence, and quality of life. You'll provide hands-on assistance with daily living, hygiene, community involvement, and therapeutic goals while building meaningful relationships and celebrating each step toward greater independence.
