Job summary

Iberia Medical Center in New Iberia, LA is seeking a Rehab Tech on a PRN basis to assist therapists with patient treatment under supervision. You will help with patient care, entry of data, reception, and light clerical duties in the rehab clinic.

Responsibilities include checking patients in/out, scheduling, monitoring patient changes, keeping treatment areas clean and ready, and assisting with daily operations of outpatient and inpatient rehab services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• PRN availability and ability to work under supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

IMC is currently hiring aRehab Tech, on a PRN basis, who underthe general supervision of the Director of Rehab Services and the Directsupervision of an attending PT or OT the Rehab Technician 1 assists thetherapists with delivering patient treatment or care. The rehab tech may alsoassist in the outpatient office withclerical duties such as data entry, including patient charges, reception andscheduling.

EDUCATION

• minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
