Job summary

Child Serve in Des Moines is hiring a Full-Time Rehab Tech to join our Outpatient Therapy team. The role focuses on organizing, cleaning, and disinfecting therapy spaces and supporting the on-site nutrition and feeding schedule.

This position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 1:30pm, totaling 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and is organized, with communication skills and CPR certification or willingness to obtain it within 6 months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One year of experience in a healthcare setting or with children preferred; rehabilitation experience is a plus.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of employment.
• Ability to work independently and be highly organized.
• Ability to communicate in English effectively for understanding, in writing and verbally.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, be mobile within the assigned work area, and frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.

What You'll Need
