Landmark Of Plano Rehabilitation And Nursing Center is hiring a Rehab Tech to support the in-house therapy team. You will assist with administrative duties, maintain compliance, and help patients and staff for smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.

The role involves coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and supporting treatment areas under supervision of licensed therapists. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with CNA certification depending on state law.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA may be required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative duties to support therapy operations.
• Maintain compliance and collect required physician signatures.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with nursing and other departments.
• Provide general support to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Maintain filing systems and track documentation.
• Participate in department and facility meetings as assigned.
• Help keep treatment areas clean and stocked with supplies.
• Report incidents to the Administrator and assist in emergency responses.
