Job summary

Landmarkplano is seeking a Rehab Tech to join our in-house therapy team. You will support the therapy department and facility operations with clerical duties, documentation, and patient assistance to ensure a smooth daily experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating therapy schedules, maintaining files, and assisting staff and patients under supervision of licensed therapists in accordance with state and Medicare guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• CNA certification may be required by state law.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Complete clerical, patient, and team duties to support therapy operations.
• Perform clerical work including documentation and tracking.
• Answer and direct phone calls and provide visitor support.
• Develop and maintain organized filing systems.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with nursing and other departments.
• Assist patients, clients, and team members with questions or needs.
• Support department and facility meetings as assigned.
• Ensure treatment areas are clean and organized.
• Manage supplies and equipment stock.
• Participate in improvement activities and report incidents as needed.
