You will support the therapy department and facility operations by handling clerical duties, maintaining compliance, and assisting patients and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, organization, and reliability, with duties ranging from scheduling coordination and filing to handling communications and maintaining treatment area

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification may be required depending on state law.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete clerical, patient and team-related duties to support therapy operations.
• Perform clerical tasks including electronic documentation and tracking.
• Answer calls and provide support to visitors.
• Maintain organized filing systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate therapy schedules with nursing and other departments as needed.
• Assist patients and staff with questions and needs and support department meetings.
